From begining to find the right unit, my dealing with Steve on the phone was great.
Once I was on location in St Adele, Coralie was next level. Super professional, friendly and efficient. She made my move into storage as fun and productive as a move possibly could be. Thank you Coralie for doing such a great job! You rock!

I have been using this storage facility over the past few years for various storage needs. Everybody I have encountered there has always been so pleasant and accommodating. More recently, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Coralie who has gone above and beyond over the phone and in person. In a world where customer service is sometimes lacking, Coralie exemplifies what it is to be a great representative for any company.

Amazing experience, thank you very much to the first young man I spoke to at your Lachine office (sorry I forgot your name!), Corina at the Ste Adele location and Steve, the manager. Your team worked quickly and effectively to give me the storage I needed!
Much appreciated! Alice R

Coralie in Ste.Adele was very knowledgeable and helpful in setting up the winter storage for our sports car. Martin was great showing us the storage unit for the car . Thank to both of you for the wonderful service . Would recommend.

I am moving in the area from B.C next month and this past week I’ve been calling everywhere spoke to few people to try to find a storage .. and yesterday I called this place .. I had a very pleasant experience at St Adele entreposage storage especially services provided by Gus and because of his service I decided to go with them.. He was very friendly, efficient, understanding, helpful, he was able to communicate in the language (English) I am most comfortable and he gave me excellent customer service. I am glad I choose this company for my storage.. Thank you Gus again!
